This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with LynxTrac Remote (the "service"), operated by Pixbots Private Limited. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
You may not use LynxTrac Remote to:
- Access any device or system you are not authorized to access.
- Break the law or infringe the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.
- Distribute malware, or attempt intrusion, denial-of-service, or unauthorized access.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the platform or its infrastructure.
- Share login credentials with unauthorized people or exceed the limits of your plan.
- Send excessive requests, spam, or otherwise degrade service quality for other users.
Security expectations
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them.
- Use secure, up-to-date software and strong passwords on the devices you connect to.
- Obtain proper authorization from the owner of any device before you access it.
- You agree that we may review usage patterns to detect abuse or security violations.
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We may block access to data and devices associated with the violating activity.
