This policy applies to paid LynxTrac Remote subscriptions, operated by Pixbots Private Limited.
Free trial
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, and no credit card is required to begin, so refunds do not apply to the trial period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available if you cancel within 14 days of a subscription start or renewal and your usage during that period was minimal. Beyond 14 days, or after substantial usage, fees are non-refundable. For annual plans, a pro-rated refund of the unused portion may be considered within the 14-day window with minimal usage; otherwise amounts are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email contact@lynxtrac.com with your account email, plan, purchase date, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit at our discretion, and can take up to 30 calendar days. Payment processor or bank charges may be deducted.
Situations where refunds do not apply
- The 14-day window has passed.
- Substantial service was used.
- A refund is requested after account termination.
- The request relates to free trial usage.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only.
